Hunter Shows: Stonehouse Stables is a member of the Capital Horse Shows Association (CHSA).  We host several CHSA horse shows each show season, all of which are also Virginia Horse Shows Association Associate Program point shows.

School horses can be leased by the division to our riding students only. Coaching for local shows (for leased or owned horse and rider) is available for our students.

Directions to Stonehouse Stables

From Interstate 64 heading west, take Exit 231A. Turn right at Rout 60 to Toano. Turn left on Forge Road, marked as Route 610 (at Fire Station). Proceed 2.3 miles and Stonehouse Stables is on your right. Look for the sign.

 From Interstate 64 heading east, take Exit 227 which puts you on Route 30. Route 30 turns to Route 60 at the first light (go straight). As you enter Toano, turn right onto Forge Road, marked as Route 610 (at Fire Station). Proceed 2.3 miles and Stonehouse Stables is on your right. Look for the sign.
