Personal Style: I am a former collegiate athlete that believes results are based on the efforts, specificity, intensity and goals of an individual. My former background fuels my high intensity personality that motivates me to help you reach your goals. Through all aspects of fitness including circuits, resistance training, pilate moves, and creative workout regimens I will provide a fun and stress relieving environment. On our journey to fitness, I will maintain professional integrity with honesty and respect, while showing compassion in our relationship as a professional and client.
Background: I have been engulfed in fitness for the past 7 years of my life. I am a Williamsburg native, graduate of Warhill High School and I later attended Concord University as a collegiate athlete. After injury and surgery I chose to maintain my fitness lifestyle as a personal trainer and high school Football/Track Coach. Ironically I am in better health now than I was as an athlete. My love for personal wellness will show in my efforts I give to those seeking a fitness lifestyle.
